Here's
How to Return Your Item |
| Obtain an RGA Number
- To return an item, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number
is required. Call us at 858-909-2140
to obtain this number before shipping your item back. Any product
returned without this number will be shipped back to you at your
expense. |
| Send back your Item
- Send back your return via the Post Office, UPS or other service
with a copy of the original order. All new resaleable items in
their original packaging may be returned within 30 days
of receipt. See your TCP Global / CarCover-Depot Invoice
for more information regarding returns policy. To assure
fast, accurate processing of your return, be sure to make a copy
of your original order that cane with the merchandise and enclose
it with the returned merchandise. Use the original packaging if
possible and remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal
the package securely with tape, not string. |
| Satisfaction
Guarantee - If for some reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase, please call us at 858-909-2140
for return instructions. All returns, except for warranty issues,
will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping
charges are non-refundable. There will be no return charge if
we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged. Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to customer order mistakes. Double check your vehicle selection and order carefully; if you order the wrong custom cover, it is not returnable. |

| No returns on products
shipped outside the United States. All International Sales are
Final. |
| Return Product Condition
- All returns are inspected by the manufacturer before a refund
can be issued. Return product must be returned in exact condition
it was received, free of dirt, tire marks, and in original packaging.
If the manufacturer deems the product non-returnable, it will
be shipped back to you at your expense. |
| Warranty or Defective
Returns - Warranty is for defects in material or the workmanship
of the product & against fabric becoming unserviceable. The
manufacturer will decide to repair or replace after factory inspection.
Warranty returns will depend on the inspection of the product
once it has been returned to the manufacturer. Issues that are
not covered by the warranty include any extraordinary act of nature
such as severe storms with high winds, hail, hurricanes, tornados,
floods, etc. Warranty does not cover fading, which occurs naturally
on all products used outdoors, or weather resistance of fabric. |
| Exchanges
- You may exchange any returnable product for a product of equal
value or higher. Exchange item will ship once returned product
has been inspected by the manufacturer and deemed returnable.
You will be billed for the price difference and shipping costs
when we ship exchange product to you. |
Credits -
(Given once product has been inspected by the manufacturer &
deemed returnable.)
Please allow 20 days to process your refund. Refunds will be made
in the form of the original pay method, less shipping costs and
any applicable restocking fees. |
